Month One: Assess
Comprehensive intake meeting to review health history, identify obstacles and set goals (1 hour)
Customized, nutrition, exercise, lifestyle plan with food plans and recipes
Weekly coaching sessions to reflect and review goals (30 min per week)

Month Two: Test
Continue weekly coaching sessions to reflect and review goals (30 min per week)
Test for food allergies/intolerances if appropriate
Supplement recommendations for specific issues (sugar cravings, sleep problems, etc.)

Month Three: Commit
Continue weekly coaching sessions to reflect and review goals (30 min per week)
Solidify changes to diet, lifestyle and exercise so you can continue on your own!
